Jason says “I purchased this colt with classic races in mind. High Chaparrel is of course the sire of G1 winners SO YOU THINK, SHOOT OUT, DESCARADO, and MONACO CONSUL . He is a big strong type with good scope that appealed to me as a horse that will develop into a quality stayer. He has a good loose long stride and I see him very much in the mould of Monaco Consul. He has a true stayer’s physique– good rein, super shoulder, deep girth. He is very correct, well balanced and with clean x-rays. He is a November foal and so has plenty of growing to do”
